To inquire whether e-Receipts are being delivered successfully, use the e-Receipt Reports. Click on Reports tab in the header and then choose e-Receipt Reports.
Next, you will see the screen below.
By viewing the graphs and confirming the last sent date, verify that digital receipts are sending properly.
In this screen you may also view the sent, delivered, bounced, unique opens and unique clicks of the recipients. Further confirmation of proper delivery can be obtained by sending a test from Retail Pro. Once the test digital receipt has been sent from Retail Pro, the user may verify here in the digital receipts reports section of OptCulture.
