In RetailPro:


 Customer Mgmt. >Customers > Search for a customer


Once the customer is located, click the Loyalty Inquiry button as shown in the screenshot below.

After hitting Loyalty Inquiry the system will then request the loyalty balance from OptCulture. A popup window will show that the system is communicating. 

After it communicates it will display the points and dollar amount of your customer as shown in the screenshot below.
