Marketing Tools >Promotions > Select the Create New Promotions tab and fill the required fields:
Promotion Name: The promo code name should not contain space or _ (underscore)
Enable Barcode: Checking this option allows you to insert promo code in Barcode format. Linear barcode with dimension 200x50
Single promo code: By selecting this you can generate a single promo code for multiple customers
Enter Promo Code: Enter the promo code name which you want to generate to use at the point of sale
Issue to: Enter the number of customers, if the promo code is to be issued to a limited number of customers. Check the Unlimited Subscribers if you want to issue to unlimited customers
Redemption Limit: If you want to issue promo code to unlimited customers and want to allow redemption to a limited number of customers then you enter the limit. Check the Unlimited Redemptions if you want to issue to unlimited customers
Per Subscription Use Limit: Enter the maximum number of times a customer can redeem the promo code. Check the Unlimited option if you want to allow one customer redeeming it multiple times
Redeemable by Loyalty points: Checking this option will allow promo code to be redeemable by Loyalty points, enter the number of points required to redeem
Promo-code generation:
No. of codes generated: Enter the number of random promo codes to be generated; codes generated here will be 6-digits and alpha-numeric
Auto-add Promo codes: Checking this option will automatically add more promo codes when running low
Discount Criteria: Allows us to choose the mode of providing discount using promo code
On Product: By selecting this option you can provide discount using the promo code on selected products as shown in the below screenshot
Minimum Purchase Amount: Enter the minimum purchase amount that is required to apply the discount using the promo code.
Discount Type: This is the type of discount that you want to provide customer, you can choose either % or $ on the purchase amount. Enter either the amount using a % or $ amount and click on Select Discount
Run Promotion in All Stores: Checking this option allows the promotion to run in all stores, another option is to Select store numbers to run this promotion in order to specify which stores will be running the promotion
Click on the Generate Promo Code button to generate the Loyalty promo code
