SMS Campaigns - Using Keywords
Keywords are a powerful tool used to prompt automatic actions such as providing information, promotions, or any other information you would like to make easily accessible to your customers. To add Keywords to your SMS plan, go to Marketing Tools > Keywords.
This view displays what keywords are being used and allows the user to create new keywords. To create a new keyword click the Add new Keyword icon on the right of the screen above the Actions box.
In order to prevent multiple uses of the same keyword OptCulture has a Check Availability button. To confirm that a keyword is not already in use, simply click the Check Availability icon.
