How To: Enroll a New Loyalty Customer at POS

To enroll a new customer for loyalty you first have to create that new customer in RetailPro. To create a new customer in RetailPro, go to customers, click on new, and enter the details as shown in the screenshot below.

After clicking save, you may then click on the Loyalty Enroll button, after which a window appears asking Would you like to Enroll? as shown in the screenshot below.

Click the Yes button, and a window will appear that reads communicating.  ​

Once communication has finished another window will appear indicating Enrollment complete. Click OK to finish the enrollment process.
