Click on Marketing Tools, select Loyalty Program, and search for the customer with his/her first or last name by selecting using the drop-down. Once the customer is found the user has the option of re-sending the card details. For example, view the screenshot below.

When re-sending Loyalty information, the message that the customer will receive is the Auto Email that is currently set up for Loyalty Welcome. 

After you click on send button, a confirmation window will appear and then OptCulture will resend the card details. Below is an example of a loyalty welcome email.
