Locate the loyalty member for whom you wish to adjust.
Find the Marketing Tools tab in the header select Loyalty Program. Use Search By to locate a particular member.
Search members based on (Last Name, First Name, Card Number).
Type in search criteria then click the Filter button.
Click on the customer and the Loyalty Overview and Actions sections will fill with updated data. Under the Actions section, you will find the options to Add or Subtract Points or USD$. Fill in desired amounts and Click the OK button. Entered data will update, if it does not click the Refresh link.
